Morning Sun Salutes for Everyone: MWF 7:00am-8:15am
Wake yourself up with this hour and 15 minute class that employs a variety of different Sun Salutations, followed by an eclectic style of Hatha yoga catered to the specific needs and abilities of each student. Postures are held with an emphasis on proper alignment also utilizing props. By the end of the class students will feel energized and ready for the day.
